Carl's Junior Restaurants in Phoenix, Arizona required multiple upgrades to multiple restaurants throughout the greater Phoenix area to reach ADA code compliance. WCYO was responsible for design and construction for all accessible routes which required demolition and construction without interruption of business for the owner.
Pecan Waste Water Treatment Plant Phase 3 Expansion
WYCO self-performed Site work including structural excavation and back-fill, demolition and final grading for a 3+ million gallon waste water treatment facility in Arizona.
Marana Pumpkin Patch
Complete civil, utility, and structural Design, including management of the Development and Site Plan process. Landscape Architecture and Surveying was also included in WYCO's scope of this purpose built theme park, interactive farm and event venue. Construction of project is under negotiation for WYCO to serve as Both General Contractor and self-perform multiple trades.
Willow Ridge Block C
Design and construction of a 5+ acre grading and site development project including the design of multiple right of way entrances and the design and installation of an access easement which included right of way improvements and a low water crossing in major drainage. Over 80,000 cubic yards of material was moved, multiple protected trees and cacti were relocated and protected.
